Job DescriptionJD: Detailed Responsibilities : o Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and IT teams to understand the end-to-end business processes and functional requirements o Interact with ITSO, BA and Functional leads to prioritize the tasks o Ensure to deliver highly scalable and secure solutions that are optimized for performance o Perform impact analysis for new design or design change and provide estimates to complete design, build, unit test, demos, and deployment to environments o Problem solving and analytical capabilities with ability to understand commercial business information, logically structure the information into IT elements that build practical solutions, identify root causes of issues, conduct troubleshooting, and perform impact analysis. o Manage/support releases and communication with project stakeholders o Develop and maintain documentations, as applicable o Lead change management discussions and obtain approvals o Create Technical Design from Functional Design / Requirement o Transition solutions, once delivered, to the technical support team for ongoing support and maintenance o Provide Hypercare support and help support teams for deployments Technical Experience : o Must have good understanding of CRM data model o Veeva CRM Configuration Experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, apex codes o Manage and have hands on Experience on Integrations with CRM application o Hands on Experience in REST API, Loaders, Multichannel o Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards o pplication administrative Experience o Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational Clienthitectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, quality management, and IT environments etc), Clienthitecture DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools o Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies Professional Attributes : o Veeva CRM Configuration Experience including Salesforce o Experience in Veeva Align & Vault (Optional) Additional (Optional) : o Salesforce Developer & Admin certification o Veeva CRM Certification
