Associate Enterprise Systems QA Engineer (Salesforce-focused)

## Overview Motive is hiring an **Associate Enterprise Systems QA Engineer** focused on Salesforce and related enterprise applications. ## Responsibilities - Partner with developers, admins, analysts, and product owners throughout delivery. - Own test planning, strategy, documentation, and execution for Salesforce/enterprise releases. - Create detailed test cases/scripts (including regression coverage). - Identify, document, and report defects with reproducible steps and severity. - Manage test data integrity and quality. - Improve QA processes, test automation approach, and best-practice adoption. - Participate in peer reviews and post-mortem/root-cause analysis for production defects. - Join standups/scrum ceremonies (typically early PST hours). ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Strong Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) and admin skills. - **3–4 years** manual software testing experience, preferably Salesforce-focused. - Strong QA fundamentals, SDLC/agile understanding, and tooling familiarity (e.g., Jira, TestRail). - Strong documentation and communication with cross-functional teams. ## Preferred / Nice to Have - Knowledge of CPQ, Zuora, Boomi, and NetSuite. - Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus. - Automation experience (Playwright/Selenium) is an advantage. ## Work Authorization Note - Candidate must be authorized to receive/access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations. ## Compensation Compensation: Not listed. --- Source URL: https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/gomotive/jobs/8143192002
