Junior Salesforce Administrator

## Overview Net2phone (a division of IDT) is hiring a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support and improve a Salesforce environment with 300+ users. ## Responsibilities - Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to analyze and implement new processes or automate existing ones. - Work with custom objects and Apex-related development workflows. - Execute day-to-day Salesforce administration: user account maintenance, workflows, reports, dashboards, and routine support tasks. - Manage data feeds and other integrations. - Support ongoing CRM configuration, maintenance, and process improvements. ## Requirements - At least 1 year of Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer experience. - Strong command of Salesforce best practices and platform functionality. - Strong project management skills and adaptability in changing priorities. ## Preferred / Nice-to-have - Salesforce ADM 201 and Developer certifications preferred. - Spanish proficiency preferred. - Apex development experience is a plus. - Agile environment experience preferred. ## Compensation Compensation: Not listed. ## Additional Notes - Company notes use of AI-assisted tooling in parts of the hiring process; final decisions are made by humans. --- Source URL: https://jobs.lever.co/idt/218ea530-902c-4576-bb61-e22655d7bf63
