Junior Salesforce Administrator

## Overview Net2phone (a division of IDT) is hiring a **Junior Salesforce Administrator** to manage and improve its Salesforce environment supporting 300+ users. ## Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day Salesforce configuration, support, maintenance, and platform improvements - Build process flows, task/email automations, custom reports, and dashboards - Partner with leadership and subject matter experts across departments - Implement and/or automate new and existing processes - Support user account maintenance, workflows, and routine administration - Work with custom objects and Apex development - Manage integrations and data feeds ## Requirements - At least 1 year as a Salesforce administrator or developer - Strong Salesforce best practices and functionality knowledge - Project execution and delivery track record - Comfortable in changing priorities and fast-paced work ## Preferred - ADM-201 and Salesforce Developer certifications - Agile environment experience - Apex development experience - Spanish proficiency ## Compensation Compensation: Not listed --- Source URL: https://jobs.lever.co/idt/25f9092b-9c9e-490e-83c3-4c869564fa6d
