## Overview
GoodLeap is hiring a **Salesforce Administrator** to provide day-to-day support and maintenance for a Salesforce org with 1,000+ users across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
## Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support via help desk tickets; troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.
- Manage routine admin tasks: user accounts, profiles/permissions, reports, dashboards.
- Maintain data quality through cleanup, duplicate management, and integrity monitoring.
- Support training/onboarding and create user documentation for adoption.
- Assist with system maintenance, update testing, minor configuration changes, and vendor coordination.
## Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years** Salesforce admin experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability; able to prioritize concurrent requests.
- Working knowledge of user management, security settings, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
- Ability to create/modify basic formula fields, workflow rules, and process builder flows.
- Strong data management and troubleshooting skills.
## Preferred / Nice to Have
- Salesforce Admin certs (ADM201/ADM211) recommended.
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud certifications preferred.
- Experience in SCRUM/agile environment preferred.
## Compensation
- **$110,000–$130,000 USD annually**.
- Role may also be eligible for a bonus.
