Role Overview
As a Salesforce Technical Architect at AVIO, you will be part of a team of consultants delivering complex solutions for clients, implementing or improving their processes with Salesforce. You will work closely with clients, developers, and project managers to solve business problems by developing and architecting Salesforce solutions, following modern development practices and AVIO integration strategies.
Contract Talent Pool
AVIO's Contract Talent Pool allows the company to bid on larger projects by identifying candidates who meet the same standard of excellence as every consultant from AVIO. Once qualified, we'll contact you 2-6 weeks ahead of new projects and let you know the details. This allows you the flexibility to take on projects you choose while keeping future opportunities with AVIO open.
Work Arrangement
While this position is primarily remote, the role requires in-person onboarding the first week of work and occasional travel to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Model and implement processes defined by customers while providing recommendations to improve the overall solution
- Work with customers to understand their processes, build out detailed requirements, and create a plan for delivery
- Define technical direction, delegate, and manage technical projects
- Develop, implement, and test custom Salesforce solutions
- Support the Sales process as needed, including estimating effort and schedule
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, from architectural design to implementation (LWC, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL)
- Experience building and maintaining API integrations using REST and SOAP web services
- High-level Salesforce architecture skills and knowledge of current best practices
- Expertise in CRM/Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Revenue Cloud
- Commerce Cloud, OMS, CPQ, and/or Marketing Cloud experience preferred, but not required
- Software development experience outside of Salesforce preferred, but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship
