We are looking for individuals have a desire to work in one of the most dynamic sectors of technology - HR Tech.Job Description:The CRM API developer is a CRM and systems expert who is responsible for working to scope and build specific integrations with HubSpot and other third-party systems that are leveraged by the business to help drive operational goals and efficiencies. The CRM API Developer designs, documents, and implements a comprehensive array of one and two-way, triggered, and scheduled integrations.Job Responsibilities: Constructs and implements APIs based on various business needs and requirements. Scopes, designs, develops, documents, and implements API's between Hubspot and other 3rd party systems. Estimates time frames and scope of technical requirements of integration projects with 3rd party systems (Zoom, Slack, Monday.com), as well as reviewing scopes of work regarding development needs. Assists in guiding technology/solution decisions for integration projects by confirming that all API-driven aspects of each build meets the scope of each project plan. Assists various departments within the organization to ensure specific project scopes are well defined, project timelines are accurate, and business requirements can be met. Maintains knowledge of control objectives for position and department. Responsible for identifying risks that threaten department and Company control objectives; reports risks/threats identified within area of responsibility to management and proposes mitigation plans or improvements. Other job duties as assigned.Job Requirements: Some college required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or similar field. 3+ years experience writing code with scripting languages, including PHP, Python, and JavaScript. Experience with Hubl is a plus 2+ years experience integrating and implementing platforms through REST API framework Translate business challenges into technical requirements Experience working in HubDB is a plus Experience connecting and testing external apps using self-built APIs without a using a 3rd party integrator. Working in the API layer with security, logging, throttling, and modifying requests and responses Understands database architecture and familiarity with SQL Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and accountable. Excellent communication skills, and comfortable communicating in serious scenarios. Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and activities with strict time sensitive deadlines.Compensation: $95- $105kThis is an amazing opportunity!
