Fabletics is looking for a CRM Specialist - YITTY.

How do you Fit in?

As the CRM Specialist for our YITTY business, you will be implementing integrated communication strategies in all CRM channels: Email, SMS and Mobile App. You will also support the CRM team in delivering customer-centric projects. This is an excellent opportunity to support all functions of the marketing team and contribute to exceptional growth of the brand and our emerging markets.

You will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, CRM, and partner closely with all cross-functional teams across the business.

What you can bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM (email, SMS, and Mobile App).
  • Experience with testing, segmentation, and personalization as well as marketing automation techniques.
  • Strong data analytics skills to understand and optimize performance of campaigns.
  • A true attention to details to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest quality standards and are hitting their targets.
  • Strong communication and project managing skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm, reactivity, ability, and energy to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Emarsys or a similar CRM suite at an advanced level.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for coordinating multichannel campaigns (email, SMS and Mobile App) from concept to successful execution.
  • Create an ongoing A/B testing pipeline, report results, and assess performance.
  • Optimize and improve campaign performance by evaluating key trends, reporting metrics, and comparing metrics to benchmark results.
  • Clearly brief creative team on marketing direction for assets.
  • Project manage cross-functional teams to ensure assets are delivered on time.
  • Own QA process before to go-live to ensure correct content and setup.
  • Track competitor landscape and industry developments to provide the team with expert advice in delivering a best-in-class mobile/email experience that meets customers and business needs.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $58,320 to $87,670. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
