Description:
The Judge Group has an opportunity for a Head of CRM (SFDC). This role will be responsible for defining current best practice & future horizon of CRM tool development, while driving the effective adoption of CRM. You will define, develop, implement & maintain critical CRM solutions and manage the team responsible. Work with cross functional teams including Sales, IT, Finance & other partner teams.
• Drive CRM tools development, management & maintenance, including but not limited to, CRM, ServiceMax, & other commercial selling tools
• Function as thought leadership: discovery, research, & implement industry best practices across tool platforms
• Lead team of Data & Tools Specialists, to support & train user base & maintain tool solutions
• Partner with IT to translate business requirements/needs to efficient & effective tool solutions
• Contribute to building platforms for foundational data management to drive revenue generation. Good understanding of master data segments & related business process across divisions / functions
• Partner with other global & regional commercial functions/areas to drive tools & process harmonization, simplification & standardization across tool platforms to support increased efficiency, effectiveness & ease of use
• Identify, manage, prioritize, & execute CRM interface with other sales & service tool related projects
• Manage ongoing adoption & CRM data quality improvement initiatives; develop & implement strategies, methodologies & KPIs for improved CRM data quality (including but not limited to leads, opportunities & sales dashboards),
• Drive CRM Tool Adoption & Training across platforms; develop & implement strategies, methodologies & KPIs for improved Tool Adoption; coordinates mitigation activities required to close identified gaps & to improve adoption levels on a global level
• Facilitate & help ensure compliance within the Applied Commercial area for applicable commercial polices & procedures, such as data retention
• Process excellence & project management support in conjunction with the Research PE & PM teams, as needed
