Compensation: $77,358 to $108,301 Depending on Qualifications

Job Summary:

The CRM Administrator will serve as the in-house expert on IDI's new HubSpot CRM software solution. This role will drive the product roadmap, user engagement, training, data management user support and future enhancement or functionality. This position will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing team in the use of and future direction of the CRM Application. User engagement and satisfaction with the Application will be instrumental in its success, and this will be a key focus for this position.

Responsibilities/Duties:

* Manage the day-to-day operations and support of the CRM application.
* Serve as the single point of contact and SME for the HubSpot environment.
* Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with Sales, IT and the Leadership team to ensure goals are met.
* Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features that drive business goals.
* Maintain the quality of the data and ensure the best practices utilization.
* Develop plans and strategies to enhance the current product and introduce new features and functions that will generate additional engagement, revenue and/or realize operational efficiencies while increasing customer satisfaction.
* Create and deliver relevant reports, dashboards and KPI metrics for senior leadership.
* Additional activities may include:
* Security and access controls
* Defect resolution
* Technical user support
* Oversee testing and delivery of new features.

* Assist with onboarding new users and training.
* Act as an advocate for, and serve as the voice of the customer.

Qualifications/Skills:

* Prior experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation.
* Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy and design discussions.
* Influence others without direct reporting relationship / responsibility.

Education and/or Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent CRM experience.
* Knowledge of Cloud based ERP solutions highly desirable. SAP preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, graphic presentations, and project management software.
* Requires 4+ years of CRM product management experience such as creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams preferred.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
* Familiarity with building products, transportation and/or logistics industries are preferred.
