We are hiring a Salesforce Director for one of our clients in the Financial industry. The Salesforce Director will play a key role in both delivery of new projects - and strategic roadmap development.

This is a full-time, remote role - preferred working EST/CST timezones. Applicants MUST be bi-lingual (Spanish/English), as a core part of the role is coordinating with teams in Latin America.

This person will be responsible for guiding the Salesforce CRM platform technologically, strategically, and operationally, by bringing strong CRM leadership to the enterprise - primarily across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

There are a number of critical projects in the pipeline around service cloud (CTI, chat, SMS), sales cloud (lead management) and geo expansion of current applications.

Responsibilites:

  • Enable multiple business processes on the Salesforce platform and deliver working solutions
  • Serve as the SME for the administration of Salesforce.com platform, the company’s primary system of record that supports not just sales roles but also functions as a platform for several critical operational business processes
  • Perform day-to-day activities that include managing enhancements of business processes and driving operational efficiencies across the organization
  • Serve various business leaders’ needs through effective dashboards and reports
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing user adoption, support, training, architectural design, and custom development activities
  • Responsible for enhancements, upgrades, data conversions, release updates, and reporting for multiple departments
  • Lead and direct the work of the Salesforce team
  • Responsible for strategic planning, direction and goal setting for the department in collaboration with senior management
  • Establish departmental policies, practices and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization
  • Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management and termination

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years' experience in the Salesforce ecosystem managing small to large scale Salesforce and/or other enterprise technology implementations
  • Strong functional and high level technical understanding of Salesforce technology with demonstrated understanding of and experience with Salesforce clouds, apps, and products
  • Experience working on project implementations that utilize Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally; ability to comfortably interface with CIO, CMO, CTO clients and client executives relative to business and technology strategy.
  • Deep experience managing and developing relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Financial experience (preferred)
  • Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience in Sales and Service cloud
  • Salesforce certifications
