Associate Enterprise Systems QA Engineer (Salesforce CRM)

## Overview Motive is hiring an **Associate Enterprise Systems QA Engineer** with Salesforce CRM focus to test Salesforce and enterprise configurations for quality, reliability, and user experience. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners during delivery cycles - Own test planning, documentation, and execution (including regression coverage) - Validate functionality, performance, security, and usability - Identify, document, and report defects with reproducible steps and severity - Manage and maintain test data integrity - Improve QA process, testing standards, and automation practices - Participate in peer reviews and root cause analyses for production bugs ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - Strong Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) and SF admin understanding - 3–4 years manual software testing experience, preferably Salesforce-focused - Strong QA fundamentals, documentation discipline, and communication - Familiarity with SDLC, agile, and tools such as Jira/TestRail - Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments ## Nice-to-have - Knowledge of CPQ, Zuora, Boomi, and NetSuite - Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder) - Automation exposure (Playwright/Selenium) ## Work Authorization Posting notes applicant must be authorized for access to technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations. ## Compensation Compensation: Not listed --- Source URL: https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/gomotive/jobs/8143192002
