1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CRM Job Board (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Dark Nimbus LLC (DBA CRM Job Board), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

CRM Job Board is a specialized job platform that connects job seekers with CRM and Salesforce-related employment opportunities. We provide:

• Anonymous job browsing for job seekers
• Job posting services for hiring partners ($99 per 45-day listing)
• Search and filtering capabilities
• Company and salary information

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Job Seekers

Job seekers can browse and search job listings without creating an account or providing personal information.

3.2 Hiring Partners

To post jobs, hiring partners must:

• Authenticate using a valid Google account
• Provide accurate company and contact information
• Pay the required fee ($99 per job posting)
• Maintain the security of their account credentials

4. Job Posting Guidelines

4.1 Acceptable Content

Job postings must:

• Be for legitimate CRM or Salesforce-related positions
• Include accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Provide clear compensation information when possible
• Include valid contact information or application instructions
• Comply with applicable employment laws

4.2 Prohibited Content

Job postings must not:

• Contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Promote illegal activities or services
• Include spam, malware, or malicious links
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Contain adult content or inappropriate material

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Job postings cost $99 USD per 45-day listing period. Payment is required before job activation.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing job publication
• Duplicate payments due to system errors
• Job removal due to platform policy violations

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Refunds are not available for expired listings or completed services.

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with platform functionality or security
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Post spam, duplicate, or irrelevant content
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

The platform design, functionality, and original content are owned by Dark Nimbus LLC (DBA CRM Job Board) and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your job listings on our platform. You retain ownership of your content and can remove it at any time.

7.3 Third-Party Content

Job postings and company information are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect access.

9.2 Content Accuracy

We do not verify the accuracy of job postings or guarantee employment outcomes. Users should conduct their own due diligence when applying for positions.

9.3 Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of external sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Nimbus LLC (DBA CRM Job Board) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dark Nimbus LLC (DBA CRM Job Board), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon termination, access to paid services will be limited to the remaining subscription period.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
