## Overview
Motive is hiring an Associate Systems Administrator (Salesforce) to administer and support Salesforce and connected enterprise systems used by Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance teams.
## Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support for Salesforce and integrated platform issues via service desk workflows (troubleshoot, escalate, resolve).
- Administer Salesforce including user management, data imports/updates, bug investigation, and system enhancements.
- Manage profiles, permissions, reporting, and dashboards.
- Support onboarding across the Enterprise Systems stack.
- Triage and prioritize enhancement requests; escalate via change advisory processes when needed.
- Deliver admin-level changes in production/sandboxes and maintain internal documentation.
## Requirements
- Engineering background with business systems understanding.
- Minimum 3 years implementing/operating/maintaining/using Salesforce with hands-on admin and configuration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills; ability to manage parallel time-sensitive work.
## Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Experience with Zuora and NetSuite.
