Zuora is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect specializing in Billing and CPQ to serve as a trusted partner to live, already-implemented customers. This role maximizes value from Zuora solutions by aligning them with customers strategic goals, optimizing Order-to-Revenue operations, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with customers to develop phased roadmaps, designing scalable subscription management solutions, leading strategic workshops, and providing ongoing optimizations. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on proficiency in Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules, 10+ years of domain expertise in Billing/Revenue Management and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and strong integration skills with REST/SOAP APIs and ETL.
Preferred: Zuora Billing Certified Consultant and Delivery Architect certifications, familiarity with ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, and experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
Base pay range: $150,500 - $194,800 USD.
