Job Description
## Overview
Blackthorn.io is hiring a Salesforce Admin to own and optimize its internal Salesforce environment supporting events/payments/messaging products and cross-functional GTM teams.
## Responsibilities
- Serve as primary owner and point-of-contact for Salesforce platform operations.
- Manage access controls, security, permissions, and data integrity.
- Build and refine automations using Salesforce Flow.
- Create reporting/dashboard assets for business decision-making.
- Handle ongoing maintenance (including sandbox/release work) and proactively manage technical debt.
- Partner across Sales, CS, Marketing, and external contractors to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Document processes/configuration for institutional continuity.
## Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with complex Flows, integrations, and independent troubleshooting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication in distributed teams.
## Preferred / Nice-to-have
- B2B SaaS experience and subscription-metrics context.
- Familiarity with Blackthorn products/stack.
