## Overview
Blackthorn.io is hiring a **Salesforce Admin** to own and optimize its internal Salesforce instance and support teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
## Responsibilities
- Serve as primary owner for internal Salesforce platform operations.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain platform data integrity and configuration health.
- Build and improve automation using Salesforce Flow.
- Create reports and dashboards for operational decision-making.
- Oversee sandbox management, release updates, and technical debt remediation.
- Translate cross-functional requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Document processes and configurations for long-term maintainability.
## Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with complex Flows, integrations, and independent troubleshooting.
- Cross-functional stakeholder support experience (Sales/Marketing/Finance contexts).
- Strong English communication skills.
## Preferred / Nice to Have
- B2B SaaS experience and familiarity with subscription metrics.
- Familiarity with Blackthorn products / adjacent tooling is a plus.
