## Overview
Buyers Edge Platform is hiring a **Salesforce Admin** to join its Salesforce Support team and improve platform capabilities via declarative and code-based solutions.
## Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce: users, roles/profiles, fields, validation rules, page layouts, Flows, custom objects.
- Produce technical documentation, project plans, and requirement artifacts.
- Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support existing applications and third-party systems.
- Define, build, test, and document enhancements and custom workflows.
- Communicate project expectations and status internally.
## Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Service Cloud and Sales Cloud proficiency.
- Strong relational database and integration understanding; ETL/Data Loader fluency.
- Strong communication, documentation, organization, and analytical skills.
## Preferred / Nice to Have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- BA/BS in computer science or related discipline.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin cert is a plus.
- Experience with Heroku, Conga, Data Cloud, Service Cloud case management.
- Experience in high-growth / acquisition-heavy environments preferred.
