## About the role
Checkr is hiring a Salesforce Administrator within Corporate Engineering (Revenue & Customer Systems), reporting to the Director of Revenue and Customer Systems. The role supports Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud architecture, operations, and support.
## Key responsibilities
- User lifecycle and access across Salesforce + integrated tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Monitor help channels and triage Jira tickets
- Maintain CRM hygiene (daily dedupe + periodic audits)
- Support Agile workflows (backlog grooming, sprint readiness)
- Partner with team on technical enhancements and feature performance
## Requirements
- **1+ year** Salesforce administration experience
- Solid understanding of permissions/security roles/core configuration
- Ability to script/program in one language (Apex/JS/Java/Python)
- Agile + SDLC experience
- Strong ownership and collaboration mindset
- Advanced English communication
## Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, chatbots, or other AI tooling

## Compensation
- Base salary (Santiago, Chile): **CLP $27,200,000 – $32,000,000 annually**
