About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you will not only provide user support, you will also have the autonomy to build, and a team that values your creative input.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Problem Solving: Translate ambiguous business requests into scalable technical solutions
- Flow Orchestration: Design, build, and maintain intermediate to advanced Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Autolaunched)
- Data Stewardship: Manage complex data models and perform precise data loading
- Triage & Support: Troubleshoot Salesforce issues including security/visibility configurations
- Project Delivery: Balance long-term project tickets while providing day-to-day support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Proven experience with intermediate/advanced Flow Builder logic and data migrations
- Active Salesforce certifications (Platform Administrator, Advanced Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Experience with Amazon Connect or similar CTI integrations a plus
