Job Description
## Overview
GiveWell is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to support internal users, improve user experience and data quality, and ensure reliability across their Salesforce environment (including NPSP).
## Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and permission changes
- Build and support reports and dashboards
- Deliver training and user enablement documentation
- Own data quality monitoring and issue remediation
- Perform data uploads and exploratory data analysis
- Drive duplicate management with fundraising stakeholders
## Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional Salesforce Administrator experience
- Strong Salesforce knowledge (especially NPSP)- Experience supporting users across technical levels
- Data integrity and reporting/dashboard experience
- Strong communication, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills
## Preferred/Helpful Experience
- Integrations/packages such as FormAssembly, G-Connector, Zapier, Cirrus, and donation platforms
- Nonprofit org experience and high-ownership team environments
- Experience creating enablement assets (guides, videos, tutorials)
## Compensation
- USD $108,800 (NYC/SF Bay Area)
- USD $98,600 (all other US locations)
