## Overview
GiveWell is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to support internal users, improve user experience and data quality, and maintain reliability of Salesforce products (including NPSP and custom applications).
## Core Responsibilities
### Salesforce support
- Primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests, including routing/escalation.
- Proactive performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Onboarding/offboarding and permissions management.
- Reporting/dashboard support and user training/walkthroughs.
- Documentation creation and continuous improvement recommendations.
### Database/data quality
- Own data quality monitoring and remediation across automations/data streams.
- Data uploads (e.g., DataLoader), duplicate management, and exploratory data quality analysis.
- Maintain privacy/security/data management standards.
## Requirements
- Strongest candidates: 1–3 years as a dedicated Salesforce Administrator + some customer-facing professional experience.
- Strong Salesforce technical understanding (especially NPSP).
- Experience with non-profit integrations/packages (examples listed: FormAssembly, G-Connector, Zapier, Cirrus, donation/payment tools).
- Experience with reporting/dashboard development and user enablement/training.
- Strong prioritization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

## Compensation
- NYC / San Francisco Bay Area: **$108,800 USD annually**
- Other US locations: **$98,600 USD annually**
