Job Description
## Overview
GiveWell is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to support internal users, maintain data reliability, and co-own Salesforce operations for fundraising, donation processing, grants administration, case management, and reporting.
## Scope
- Salesforce support ticket ownership and issue resolution
- Onboarding/offboarding and permission changes
- Reporting and dashboard support
- User training and enablement documentation
- Data quality monitoring and remediation
- Data uploads (e.g., DataLoader), dedupe processes, exploratory data analysis
- Privacy/security-conscious data stewardship
## Systems Supported
- Outreach CRM
- Gift/Donation Processing
- Grants administration
- Service Console/Case Management
- Reports & Dashboards
## Ideal Background
- 1–3 years as dedicated Salesforce Administrator
- Strong Salesforce technical understanding (especially NPSP)
- Familiarity with nonprofit integrations/packages (FormAssembly, G-Connector, Zapier, Cirrus, donation platforms)
- Experience supporting diverse users (entry-level through senior leaders)
- Strong prioritization, communication, and documentation skills
## Work Authorization / Location
- Must be based in the US
- Prior US work authorization required
- Visa sponsorship not available

- US locations (non-NYC/SF Bay): **$98,600/year**
- NYC or SF Bay Area: **$108,800/year**
