## About the role
GiveWell is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to support internal users, improve data quality, and own support/maintenance of core Salesforce products (including NPSP) plus front-line support for their custom app.
## What you’ll support
- Outreach CRM
- Gift/Donation processing systems
- Grants administration
- Service Console / case management
- Reporting and dashboards
## Key responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests
- Proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
- User onboarding/offboarding and permissions
- Reporting/dashboard support for internal teams
- Training and walkthrough delivery
- Documentation and enablement assets
- Data quality monitoring and remediation
- Data uploads (DataLoader), duplicate management, exploratory data QA
- Privacy/security-conscious data handling
## Experience and profile sought
- **1–3 years** professional Salesforce admin experience
- Strong Salesforce technical understanding (especially NPSP)
- Integrations/packages familiarity (e.g., FormAssembly, G-Connector, Zapier, Cirrus)
- Experience supporting users across levels (entry-level to leadership)
- Report/dashboard building experience
- Strong prioritization, communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration

## Compensation
- US locations outside NYC/SF Bay Area: **$98,600/year**
- NYC or SF Bay Area: **$108,800/year**
