## Overview
GoodLeap is hiring a **Salesforce Administrator** to provide day-to-day support and maintenance for a Salesforce environment serving 1,000+ users across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
## Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support via help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Perform core admin work (user accounts, profiles, permissions, reports, dashboards)
- Maintain and improve data quality (cleanup, duplicate management, integrity checks)
- Assist user training and onboarding; create user documentation
- Support system maintenance, testing updates, and minor configuration changes
- Coordinate with vendors where needed
## Requirements
- 2–3 years of Salesforce administrator experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines
- Strong communication across organizational levels
- Working knowledge of Salesforce user/security model, reports/dashboards, page layouts
- Ability to modify formula fields, workflow rules, and Process Builder flows
- Strong data management discipline
## Preferred / Nice-to-have
- ADM201/ADM211 certifications (recommended)
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications preferred
- SCRUM/agile experience
## Compensation
- Base salary range: **$110,000 – $130,000 USD yearly**
- Posting also notes possible bonus eligibility
