Job Summary
We are seeking a highly execution-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and continuously improve our Salesforce platform through strong operational control, disciplined configuration practices, and dependable day-to-day administration. This role is responsible for keeping Salesforce stable, secure, and user-friendly while ensuring enhancements are delivered consistently, quickly, and with high quality.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration to ensure platform stability, consistency, and performance
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning pages, record types, and validation rules
- Manage assignment rules, queues, approvals, and routing logic
- Implement declarative automation (Flows) and related troubleshooting
- Build reports, dashboards, and list views to support operational decision-making
- Run a structured support and enhancement intake process (request intake, triage, backlog, build, test, deploy, hypercare)
- Enforce change governance and release discipline to protect production stability
- Manage sandbox readiness and deployment coordination (including support for Copado/Gearset)
- Administer user access: provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, roles, profiles, permission sets
- Own data quality controls and standardization efforts
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 user support, troubleshooting, guidance, and workflow coaching
- Proactively manage platform health: Salesforce seasonal release reviews, system health assessments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a production environment
- Strong experience configuring Salesforce (objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, Flows, reports/dashboards)
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume support intake with structured prioritization
- Strong process discipline, including change control, documentation, and release readiness
- Experience supporting end users across sales, service, or operational teams
- Strong communication skills across business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with Agile delivery practices (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Experience supporting integrations from an admin perspective
- Experience building data quality controls and standardized reporting
