Salesforce Agentforce Architect (Technical Architect)

As a Salesforce Architect focused on Agentforce, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to clients. This position is focused on architecting and executing technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies.

You will have the opportunity to: Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes. Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions. Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment. Lead and own complete project technical solution design, including designing and understanding agentic topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures. Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale to be leveraged by agentic solutions.

Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in application and software development. 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role. Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#). Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce. Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills: Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities. Salesforce certifications a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications.

California Annual Salary Range: $94,400 - $266,300 USD. Colorado: $94,400 - $230,000 USD. Washington D.C.: $100,500 - $245,000 USD.
