SALESFORCE CONSULTANT

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
The Salesforce Consultant reviews, analyzes and evaluates business requirements and user needs. This individual works with Project Managers, Technical Architects & Management to design and implement solutions that align with the client's requirements and future objectives. They rely on instructions from assigned project teams and pre-established guidelines in order to perform the functions of the job. Salesforce Consultants should effectively combine both technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and the desire to learn new things.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Delivering exceptional value to our clients every day.
• Work with clients to identify and document business objectives by participating and/or facilitating discovery workshops.
• Develop business process flows, user stories, and supporting process design documentation that clearly articulate the client's needs.
• Design, configure and deploy Salesforce according to client specifications and project scope while minimizing the need for custom development.
• Participate in client presentations and prototype demos while soliciting and analyzing feedback to ensure project success.
• Develop test cases and lead clients through the UAT process.
• Work with clients to develop data migration strategies.
• Perform data migration.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize your responsibilities as it relates to project, personal, and company goals
• Consistently attend and participate in company-wide meetings and events
• Continuous professional development within the salesforce ecosystem
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years general business acumen
• 1-3 years of business analysis experience
• 1-3 years Salesforce administrator experience
• 1-3 years Salesforce or other SAAS consulting experience
• Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
• Motivated individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. A logical process-oriented thinker with a natural curiosity about technology supporting business processes
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Drive and desire to grow both functional and technical skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to problem-solve, execute independently, and manage deadlines appropriately
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher credential preferred
