NeuraFlash (part of Accenture) is seeking a senior Salesforce Developer to design and implement custom Revenue Management solutions using Agentforce, CPQ, and Billing technologies. About the Role
We are excited to welcome a talented Agentforce Revenue Management Developer to our Revenue Solutions team. This role is pivotal in the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. You will combine your technical expertise with solution design skills to create scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with the business requirements of our clients, as well as create reusable assets to be deployed to multiple clients.
By leveraging state-of-the-art Quote-to-Cash technologies within Salesforce, the Agentforce Revenue Management Developer will help optimize sales and finance alignment, streamline operational processes, and deliver scalable, impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom code solutions leveraging Apex, Javascript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Omniscript, and Business Rules Engine
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on client solutions to provide detailed and sound solution designs
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions
- Provide data models for tailor-made customizations
- Perform code reviews
- Ensure technical solutions meet client's business requirements
- Perform unit testing for client use cases
- Assist in Deployment between environments
- Manage technical collateral for hand off at the end of the project
- Commit changes to source control and open pull requests
- Run data deployments (sandbox seeding) to test features
- Run final releases to production and be able to roll back or restore if needed
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years specializing in Agentforce Revenue Management (Formerly Revenue Cloud or RCA), CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects
- Solid understanding of pricing & discounting calculations, proration, and accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, payment processing
- Hands-on experience with Omnistudio Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature solutions
- Understanding of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms including Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations
- Experience building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript
- Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics
- Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs
