AS AN ENGAGEMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Develop, own and manage customer relationship, from a delivery perspective, across the NeuraFlash portfolio ensuring seamless execution for clients. Provide oversight on project teams to ensure successful delivery using a hands-on approach, providing direction, guidance and oversight to the project teams. This could include serving as an escalation point, ensuring compliance and quality delivery, client satisfaction, and driving project or program direction from a product ownership standpoint. Act as a thought leader for our customers, helping them drive outcomes while continuously identifying areas of further transformation. Participate in customer sales cycles focusing on developing rapport with prospect, understanding scope, estimates and staffing needs. In addition, collaborate with the Sales organization to build account growth and expansion plans. Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: SOW reviews, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding. QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of consulting experience with a strong blend of solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and client-facing leadership across iterative software development initiatives. 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members, with direct accountability for solution strategy, technical direction, and stakeholder alignment. 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce solutions, with the ability to clearly explain platform capabilities, tradeoffs, implementation considerations, and roadmap options across Salesforce clouds. Deep expertise in Contact Center or Salesforce solution design, such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, and/or integrated CCaaS ecosystems. Proven pre-sales experience, including discovery leadership, solution mapping, scoping, estimation, and presenting technical and business value to C-level and VP-level stakeholders. Salary range: $94,400 to $266,300 USD (California/New York), $87,400 to $213,000 USD (Cleveland), $94,400 to $230,000 USD (Colorado/Illinois/Maryland/Minnesota), $100,500 to $245,000 USD (DC/Massachusetts), $100,500 to $266,300 USD (New Jersey), $100,500 to $245,400 USD (Washington).
