## About the role
Clariti is hiring a Salesforce System Administrator reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Support. This role owns assigned customer environments post-sale and helps ensure alignment with Clariti and Salesforce releases.
## Key responsibilities
- Primary intake for system admin requests in assigned customer environments
- Review, test, and align environments with each Clariti/Salesforce release
- Communicate release impact and prep customers for required changes
- Own maintenance (sandbox refreshes, utilization monitoring, internal access)
- Partner with Technical Support on troubleshooting-driven system updates
- Manage customer expectations and complex/high-visibility issues
- Build knowledge base documentation and support scale-up efforts
## Experience requested
- **3–5+ years** Salesforce system administration in complex SaaS environments
- **3+ years** customer-facing technical experience
- Release management, environment strategy, governance best practices
- Integration/third-party dependency management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
## Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification

- Occasional travel expected (typically 1–2 times/year)
## Compensation
