## Overview
SQUIRE is hiring a **Salesforce & Systems Administrator** to support revenue/GTM systems and scale Salesforce operations. The role explicitly notes a growth path from hands-on admin to broader GTM systems architecture.
## Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce (users, permissions, roles, profiles, sharing rules).
- Triage and resolve level-1 tickets (flows/automations, reports, record corrections).
- Build/maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
- Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Success, Marketing, and Support on scalable solutions.
- Build reports/dashboards for actionable insights.
- Drive data integrity through audits, dedupe, governance, and technical debt cleanup.
- Support integrations with Planhat, Customer.io, SalesLoft, Gong, Highspot, and Onramp.
- Perform cross-system QA and full-funnel validation.
## Requirements
- **2–4 years** Salesforce admin experience in high-growth/multi-department environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (**ADM 201**) required.
- Strong Salesforce data model, security, and automation knowledge (Flows preferred).
- Experience with reporting/dashboarding; Tableau is a plus.
- Must be based in **Buenos Aires** and have strong English proficiency.
## Preferred / Nice to Have
- Additional Salesforce certs (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
- Coding/programming experience (plus, not required).
