We are looking for a Technical Architect to add to our very talented Service Cloud technical team! The Technical Architect will contribute as a customer-facing resource.
You Will Have the Opportunity To: Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand current-state challenges, pain points, and vision. Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Voice, Einstein AI, and Agentforce. Lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team. Develop custom Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Flows to meet complex business requirements. Drive innovation through prototypes and proof of concepts for emerging Salesforce features. Collaborate with the AI team to integrate generative AI capabilities into customer solutions.
You Will Love This Job If You: Have 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with deep expertise in Service Cloud. Have experience designing and implementing OmniChannel, Case Management, and Contact Center solutions. Are passionate about AI and Agentforce with a desire to be on the leading edge. Have experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures. Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Are comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders.
Compensation for this role, including the starting range, is $180,000 - $215,000.
