Job Description
NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join their Service Cloud technical team. This customer-facing role will work closely with talented colleagues and an AI team to deliver AI-powered transformation outcomes.
Key responsibilities include designing dashboards and reports for business users, translating business reporting requirements into technical specifications, developing dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics, and establishing best practices for data strategy and deployment.
Requirements: 5+ years working on the Salesforce platform, end-to-end project implementation including integrations with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics, strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture, solid CI/CD knowledge, hands-on experience with Apex/Lightning Components/Visualforce, Salesforce Architect certifications (Application and System Architect), and ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred: Experience with PaaS/IaaS platforms (Heroku, AWS, Azure), Agentforce, and Service Cloud Voice.
US salary range: $94,400 - $266,300 USD (varies by location).
