Job Description
NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Technical Architect to join their very talented Service Cloud technical team. As a customer-facing Technical Architect, you'll make significant contributions by working with exciting customers and partnering closely with the AI Team. You will design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce. Responsibilities include leading technical architecture for enterprise Salesforce engagements, scoping and sizing technical solutions, mentoring junior and mid-level developers, conducting architecture reviews, and driving best practices across the team. Required: strong background in Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, and ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions. This is a senior/architect-level role at a Salesforce partner recognized as #1 for Agentforce.
