We are looking for a Technical Architect to add to our very talented Field Service technical team! The Technical Architect will contribute as a customer-facing resource. You will have the opportunity to: discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports; review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications; develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics; establish best practices for dataflow, lens, and dashboard development; and establish operations standards based on globally aligned data strategy.
Required Experience: 5+ years working on the Salesforce platform; end-to-end project implementation including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics; strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture; solid understanding of CI/CD and PaaS/IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure; hands-on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce; Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect); ability to travel internationally.
Salary range: $87,400 – $266,300 USD (varies by location). NeuraFlash is Salesforce's #1 Agentforce partner.
