About the Role
The Sr. BSA, Top of Funnel will work within the Sales Automation team to support, build and maintain solutions for the Top of the Funnel value stream. This position is needed to build extraordinary tools and solutions for rapidly growing Go-To-Market teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies
- Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas
- Own projects end to end to improve the way Go-To-Market teams leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud and ETL tools
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Partner with third-party vendors to implement new features and design custom solutions
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, Support and Maintenance
- Experience with Salesforce admin work and Sales Cloud / CTA management
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate user requirements into system requirements
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce Flow
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience collaborating with a global team
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Developer 1 Certifications
- Experience designing and building in Salesforce for a large user base (2000+)
- Prior technical consulting experience
- Analytics, SOQL and SQL experience
Location
This role will be remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
- Based in British Columbia: CAD 99,760 - CAD 124,700
- Target Bonus: 12.5%
