Edmentum, a remote-first education technology company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ while mentoring team members. Edmentum is a Remote First education technology company dedicated to tech-enabled learning solutions. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator on the Business Systems Team, you will administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ while mentoring other team members.
Tech Stack: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Flow Builder, Conga Contracts, ETL integrations, Gearset/Copado (DevOps), LWC, REST APIs
What You will Do:
- Mentor and support other administrators and team members
- Administer and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder)
- Configure and support Salesforce integrations (Conga, ETL tools)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
Requirements:
- 5+ years hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, especially Flow Builder
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required
- Experience supporting Conga Contracts or similar CLM tools
- Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred: Familiarity with Apex/LWC, Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, AI/automation tools
Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 USD | Remote First
