Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and products, including pilot programs and phased rollouts. Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to building a world-class GTM Engineering team.
Who You Are: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience. Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including profiles, permission sets, roles, org-wide defaults, and sharing rules. Working knowledge of data modeling, relationship types, and data management best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
