About the Role
Elastic is seeking a Sr. Manager, Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead the migration from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud and own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash capability. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering, and billing processes operate optimally and scale with business growth.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for Quote-to-Cash workstream, from requirements through deployment
- Translate business and solution requirements into executable engineering work and manage sprint commitments
- Define and implement solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and system enhancements
- Provide architectural governance, design best practices, and technical leadership for CPQ and Revenue Cloud
- Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party applications
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data, and integration standards
- Mentor and guide development/configuration teams on best practices
- Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud releases and recommend continuous improvements
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud implementations or migrations
- Proven experience in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations (CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, Revenue Recognition)
- Experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows)
- Expertise in data modeling, system integrations (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware, ERP), and security design
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies, product modeling, discounting, approval workflows, and subscription lifecycle management
- Ability to lead sophisticated system initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Compensation
- Base Salary: $135,700 – $214,700 USD
- Enhanced range ($163,100 – $258,100 USD) for Seattle, LA, SF Bay Area, NYC
