The Staff Salesforce DevOps Engineer is the technical leader for the release lifecycle, architecting a robust CI/CD framework for complex Salesforce deployments. This role drives advanced automation, self-service tooling, and integrates AI-driven development practices.
Responsibilities: Architect and evolve the global CI/CD framework for complex Salesforce deployments, driving advanced automation and self-service tooling for scale. Lead cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, and other Business Systems. Provide technical leadership in resolving systemic deployment challenges and architecting environment strategies. Act as a technical liaison for Business Systems, Engineering, and Operations. Provide deep technical support for releases, incident response, and major system upgrades. Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance development workflow and pioneer new approaches.
Requirements: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or Systems Engineering. Deep expertise in Salesforce CI/CD architecture and enterprise-scale release management (e.g., Copado, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Architectural ownership of complex automation tooling.
